Being a 1 year plus financial consultant for my client, I had done plenty of financial planning for my clients. I always did my best effort to assist my client in their planning with my knowledge. But before I become a FC, I actually know nothing about finance product or insurance. My first contact with insurance is my ex-adviser Xue Li. She approached me when I pass by MRT station when I was still a nsf. She patiently explains the saving plan to me and I decided to sign up too. Her manager Diana was beside her and helping her to fill up the application form. That is how I meet up with Diana and know more about insurance.

Diana is the one who brought me in the Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). She follows up with me after I completed my national service and patiently explain me about this career with more than 3 times of meet up. She also invited me to join base camp which I got the opportunity to meet up face to face with Peter Tan who is the chairman of Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). I decided to join Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) because the organisation provides all the facility and training for new advisers which I think is the best vitamin for all new advisers. Platform for new adviser to access to cold market easily such as Road show and Street Prospecting system also attract me to join Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®).

In short, I think Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) obtain a good culture in supporting new adviser and assist old adviser to actually let all adviser done their best in their career.
